The Guests:
boxer Winky Wright
John Brennan from the Jerky Boys

The Show (We're the Regulators - Correale's Blaze of Glory Parody - my favorite theme)
Jimmy B was out today, traveling to a gig on Boston. Larry/Lynnette was off again today, still recovering from the blow-up with Pete. He must be as devasted as Paris Hilton.

They took a lot of calls and replayed D.C. Benny's bit about Richard Pryor being God. Then they played a Blue Collar/Alligator Hour interview with boxer Winky Wright. No fights this time. Then they replayed the awesome prank call Breuer and Mike Winegartner made to Pete's dad. His parents are trying to sell their house and his dad thought the house would be great for a gay couple. They called as gay real estate brokers.

They wrapped up with an interview with John Brennan (Johnny B) from the Jerky Boys.

The Guests:

Almost had Bijou Phillips

Marla Schultz (though she could barely get a word in)

The Show (censored theme song)
They started off talking about the possibility of Billy Joel getting divorced and the Battle of the Comedy Sprinkles contest. The plan was to do a Show and Tell where everyone was supposed to bring something in and talk about it. Well, they first got sidetracked by talking about a battle of the Sprinkles with Breu and Correale vs. Larry and Shaka. Then, all hell broke loose.

Larry and Pete were supposed to do a Blue Collar/Alligator hour with Bijou Phillips as a guest. Larry was not prepared to go so Pete began to unload on Larry for his lack of effort. The next hour and a half was a hysterical fight between the two of them. Every time Larry would calm down, Pete would start poking harder.

Breuer Flubs of the Day
Massachusa (Massachusettes)

Today's Gator Bites
"It wasn't going to take long to write about butterflies."

Referring to Jim and Shaka getting together to write Jim's song and Jim's attitude that he would easily beat Pete.

"Half of them are dead and the other half don't play with your friend."

Response to Shaka's claim that his friend is playing guitar in Lynyrd Skynyrd

"He's vandalizing your home"

Poking Larry for the work his wife's father did in Larry's kitchen.

Today's Shakism
Shaka didn't get a chance to drop any wisdom on us.

Larry Moment
Larry screaming "Big Pussy!" as Vincent Pastore walked by.

The Guests:
Billy Connolly
Caroline Rhea
Kym Whitley

Pete Dominick

Keith Robinson

The Show (censored theme song)

Larry was not in the studio today. He must have needed a day off after yesterday's excitement. Billy Connolly was in to start, plugging his new movie Fido, and was hilarious as always. Then Caroline and Kym joined in and they were all over the place. Very funny though.

Then Pete revealed that he witnessed a fight between two comics the night before. And the best part was he had the wherewithall to tape it. Turns out the comics were Pete Dominick and Sherrod Small from Best Week Ever. Pete D and Sherrod were fighting over a spot at a comedy club. Correale had to physically separate them, and Keith Robinson called in to tell the story from his perspective.

Breuer Flubs of the Day

Breek (break)

Today's Gator Bite

"You'd have to take a photo in because he wouldn't walk in the club with you"

Reply to Kim's statement that she found Billy Connolly so attractive that she would take into the "blackest" club.

"I can't stand that song and Rock Lobster. I hate it so much I have to tell him about it."

Referring to Love Shack as Fred Schneider of the B-52s walked by the studio.

Today's Shakism

"All hatred is self-hatred. All violence is violence against self."

Larry Moment

Larry/Lynette was off today.

What's the Point of This Blog?

I am huge fan of the Breuer Unleashed show on Sirius Satellite Raw Dog 104. The show is hosted by Jim Breuer of SNL fame. The co-host is the hilarious comedian Pete Correale and they are joined by Breuer's high school friends Larry Schneidmuller and Jimmy Shaka. The show airs weekdays from 4 - 6 pm Eastern and is all about hanging out. You know how you and your friends sit out on the porch drinking beer and hanging out? That's the vibe of the show and along the way they are joined by other comics, musicians, actors, and who knows who else will drop by to hang.

I want to use this space to present a brief recap of each days show. I am not Mark from marksfriggin.com, the famous recapper of the Stern show. I am not going to give deep details nor post immediately after each show. If you have ay suggestions for the blog drop me an e-mail.
